24 HOURS SUPPLY:

To access this service, please proceed according to the following protocol:

1) Consult by phone, fax or e-mail, stock availability of the product of interest.
2) Confirm the order immediately, clearly indicating that it’s a <24 HOURS SUPPLY>
3) This procedure shall be made only in amounts orders above 200 €.

Our logistics department will operate the appropriate mechanisms to ensure that the material requested will leave our factory within a maximum of 24 hours from the order reception.
 

Calibration certificates (with traceability to ENAC patterns):

We make calibration certificates on demand which can be used to validate IQ, OQ and for equipments that must comply with ISO 9000 quality systems.
 

Repairs:

Repairs must necessarily be made with original Selecta parts, either at our factory or in the different official Selecta service points (please, check out).
